Aquasports Marine is seeking a full-time Qualified Marine Technician/Mechanic to join our team in Canning Vale, Western Australia. This is an exciting opportunity to work at one of Perth's largest Marine Dealership's.

Aquasports Marine is a Fully Certified Mercury, Mercruiser and Yamaha dealership, with some of Australia's leading boat brands with Quintrex, Bar Crusher and Haines Hunter Boats.

What you'll be doing

  • Conducting scheduled servicing and maintenance on Mercury, Mercruiser and Yamaha engines
  • Performing diagnostic assessments and repairs
  • Performing new boat fit ups and outboard repowers/fitting
  • Maintaining detailed records and documentation of all work completed
  • Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures
  • Collaborating with the wider team to ensure efficient and effective workshop operations

What we're looking for

  • Formal qualification as a Marine Technician or Mechanic, with a minimum of 2 years' relevant experience
  • Strong technical knowledge and expertise in the diagnosis, maintenance, and repair of marine engines, outboards, and associated boat systems
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues
  • Proven track record of providing high-quality customer service and technical advice
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
  • Passion for the marine industry and a commitment to ongoing professional development

We are offering the successful applicant a very attractive pay structure of $130,000* per year plus Superannuation Levy *(based on 50 hour working week, which includes overtime rates)
