As a Program Director, you will play a vital role in the successful delivery of training and development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor training management staff, ensuring they are adequately supported and trained. Coordinate professional development opportunities to ensure currency in training and assessment.
  • Drive initiatives that improve operational and training quality and efficiency. Collect, analyse, and act upon feedback from learners, staff, and industry partners.
  • Manage the training team requirements and opportunities. Build strong relationships with trainers and learners. Monitor and maintain Trainer Matrices and professional development plans.

Required Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Community Services, Training and Development, Coaching, or related disciplines.
  • Extensive experience in vocational education and training.
  • Experience in managing and mentoring teams.
