Director of Frontline Operations Training

We are seeking a seasoned Training Director to spearhead our frontline operations training initiatives. This role involves driving capability development, shaping competency-based learning, and embedding best-practice frameworks across high-risk operational environments.
The ideal candidate will play a critical role in forming our Operational Training Strategy and delivering key components of our national Training Plan. You will work closely with sites and shifts to drive real impact and contribute to the business's success.
