Key Responsibilities- Manage a high-volume reception desk, ensuring a smooth and efficient flow of patients and staff.
- Answer and redirect calls, providing accurate and timely information to patients and staff.
- Prepare admission paperwork and maintain accurate and effective record management systems.
- Conduct follow-up requests and make reminder calls for visits, ensuring seamless communication with patients and staff.
- Perform Health Fund Checks and manage the collection of excesses/co payments.
- Coordinate with staff from other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Complete other clerical tasks such as data entry, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Previous administrative experience working in a high-volume customer-centric role.
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong time management and organization skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and take directions as required.
