Office Administrator

**Key tasks include**:
- Managing incoming calls, including providing assistance and taking messages
- Data entry and general administration
- Coordination of mail, deliveries, stationary orders and kitchen amenities
- Typing of reports and letters
- Filing coordination, soft copies and archiving
- Provide colleagues with professional administrative support as required and other general admin duties
**About you**
This position is ideally suited to an administrator who enjoys a team environment, helping their colleagues and clients alike.
- A solid working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent phone manner and communication skills
- Quick and accurate typing skills with outstanding attention to detail
- Experience working with software and CRMs
- Immaculate presentation and helpful manner
- Great organisational skills and a positive attitude will put you in a great position to thrive
