About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Duty Manager to join our team at Mill Park Leisure Centre. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the centre, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for all patrons.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the centre is operating within safety and quality standards
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer complaints
  • Manage pool plant systems and water quality principles
  • Act as the centre manager's representative when dealing with incidents or emergency responses
  • Lead and motivate a team of staff to deliver excellent customer service
Requirements
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Experience in a similar role or in a customer-facing environment
  • Ability to work mornings, evenings, and weekends
  • Current First Aid (Level 2) and CPR Certificate
  • National Police Check
  • Current Pool Lifeguard Certificate
