Job Title: Senior Asset Engineer
">The role of a Senior Asset Engineer contributes to delivering key service delivery and asset management functions for the Asset Management Team, in the Asset Management Department.
">As a senior member of the team, you are responsible for various responsibilities such as finalizing responses to requests for information and services, engaging with stakeholders in the development of service levels, and analysing and compiling asset management data to provide effective business information including life cycle analysis.
">You are also responsible for maintaining the accuracy of asset information in the asset management system and GIS data, assisting with the definition of service level requirements and asset performance, and managing the development of level of services for each asset class that can be communicated with the community.
">The ideal candidate will have proficiency in the application of theoretical and scientific disciplines in search of solutions to new problems and opportunities in Asset Management. They must have analytical and investigative skills to enable the formulation of policy options from within a broad organisation-wide framework.
">Understanding of data management and updates is essential, as well as knowledge of the principles and practices of budgeting and relevant accounting and financial procedures. The ability to gain co-operation and assistance from clients, members of the public and other colleagues in the administration of broadly defined activities is also required.
">This is a permanent full-time position offering an annual salary range and superannuation. You will be based in a bright, modern office with excellent amenities.
