Job Overview

The Software Asset Management Lead will oversee a small team in managing the software lifecycle for a national Federal Agency.

This role entails:

  • Developing and maintaining the Software Asset Management function, ensuring its optimal performance.
  • Leading a team to deliver essential ICT services through management frameworks like ITIL.
  • Designing and deploying the software catalogue, along with supporting it.
  • Managing software licenses, budgets, and financial reporting.

This hybrid work arrangement requires a 3/2 split between office attendance and remote work. The ideal candidate is an Australian Citizen with experience leading teams in delivering ICT services using management frameworks and expertise in Software Asset Management.
