Asset Management Specialist

The role of an Asset Management Specialist involves ensuring the effective operation and maintenance of assets within portfolios. The right candidate will contribute to the overall success of our organisation by efficiently managing the asset management system on behalf of clients.

  • Lead the management of Planned Preventative Maintenance programs and assets.
  • Maintain financial controls and reporting for PPM programmes.
  • Develop and document asset standards and processes.
  • Provide recommendations for improving operational performance and project manage implementation with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage designated projects and Planned Preventative Maintenance programs.
  • Conduct technical analysis of strategic equipment data.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive efficacies and productivity.

We seek a professional with:

  • A degree in Engineering or Business/Finance.
  • A track record in a similar role, ideally in demanding environments.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI / Power Pivot / Power Query.
  • Strong customer relation skills with total commitment to customer satisfaction.

This is a pivotal position that plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of assets within our portfolios. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.
