About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Client Support Specialist to join our team. This is a part-time role that involves managing day-to-day operations, ensuring a welcoming and efficient work environment for our staff and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage invoicing for office suppliers, order stationery, and maintain office supplies.
  • Work closely with our technology service provider on IT requirements.
  • Answer front desk enquiries, receive guests, mail, couriers, and suppliers in a professional manner.
  • Collect and distribute mail, arrange couriers as required.
  • Maintain the office and kitchen to a high standard.
  • Perform general office management duties, including arranging flu vaccinations, administrative support for Board Members, and CEO.
  • Liaise with external facility providers, e.g., building manager, plumber, cleaning contractors.
  • Order catering, arrange coffees for meetings.
  • Develop and update relevant policies/procedures to ensure efficient administrative processes.
  • Ensure office safety, train fire wardens and first aid officers.
  • Assist with corporate travel management and supporting the Events Manager.
