Wellbeing and Diversity Leader
About the Role
As a Wellbeing and Diversity Leader, you will play a pivotal role in advancing organisational culture by delivering holistic wellbeing programs, strengthening events that promote inclusion, and uplifting Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging through internal communications and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver holistic wellbeing programs and employee engagement initiatives.
- Develop and implement strategies to strengthen events that promote inclusion.
- Liaise with senior leadership, cross-functional steering groups, and regional representatives globally.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to shape and amplify key initiatives.
- Measure program impact through metrics and reporting.
Requirements
To be successful, you will bring :
- Deep expertise in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging as a specialist from within HR teams.
- Significant experience with the end-to-end strategic and implementation of D&I programs across multinational remits.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, including at executive level.
- Proven capability in internal communications and project management.
