Job Opportunity

We are seeking a senior professional to lead our global Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) strategy.

This role will interact with senior leadership teams, regional HR functions, clients, and community organisations to ensure our DEI initiatives are impactful and aligned with operational needs and company goals.

  • Lead the design, implementation, and improvement of a global DEI strategy
  • Develop, track, and evaluate DEI metrics
  • Conduct global trend analysis and benchmarking
  • Ensure compliance with legislative requirements
  • Advise on policies to reflect leading DEI practices
  • Partner with regional teams to create regionally relevant DEI action plans
  • Support programs such as inclusive recruitment, employee resource groups, and leadership development
  • Lead initiatives to improve workforce diversity
  • Engage with stakeholders to drive positive change
Requirements

We seek a professional with a tertiary degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences, or related field, and 7+ years of leadership experience in DEI. Candidates should have expertise in cultural safety, gender equity, Indigenous engagement, and inclusive practices.

Valuable skills include understanding DEI frameworks and trends, project management, data analysis, and reporting. Strong communication and collaboration skills, stakeholder influence, and the ability to manage ambiguity are crucial.
