MacKillop Catholic College, Warnervale is currently seeking a passionate and experienced Learner Diversity Lead - Early Learning. This is a temporary full-time opportunity with a 1pt Coordinator allowance.

The Learner Diversity Lead for Years EL – Year 4 works in collaboration with the College Principal, Head of Junior School, and the Director of Learner Diversity K-12 to deliver authentic, professional Catholic education with care and compassion. The Learner Diversity Lead is a leader inspired by our Bishop's Vision and sits within the Junior School Leadership Team.

Specific Criteria

  • Suitable teaching and leadership qualification in Learner Diversity.
  • Experience in leading and managing staff.
  • Support for Catholic education goals and College priorities.
  • Ability to create engaging, inclusive learning environments.
  • Skill in analyzing student data to ensure growth.
  • Capability to manage safe, supportive environments with positive student welfare practices.
  • Willingness to participate in extracurricular activities.
  • Understanding of assessment, data analysis, and feedback.
  • Ability to collaborate within a professional learning community.
  • Proficiency in using technology to enhance learning.

Applicants not currently working in a Broken Bay systemic school must have a four-year training qualification or be enrolled in further study to qualify for teaching positions in the Diocese.
