Senior Global Partner Marketing Manager

We're seeking a senior-level marketing professional to lead our global partner marketing initiatives. As Senior Global Partner Marketing Manager, you'll play a key strategic role in shaping and delivering global marketing programs that increase product usage and revenue from existing partners.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the strategic direction of our global partner marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with commercial priorities and long-term growth strategies for existing partners.
  • Develop and implement targeted marketing programs that drive demand within our partner base.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Product Marketing, to ensure integrated execution across multiple functions and geographies.
  • Champion innovation and scalability in partner marketing, introducing new approaches, tools, and plays that can be replicated globally while accommodating regional nuances.
  • Report at a senior level on the commercial outcomes of the Convert & Penetrate program, providing recommendations that influence executive decision-making and broader GTM strategies.
About You:
  • You have 8 years of marketing experience in a high-growth environment.
  • You have experience in accounting/fintech and/or B2B marketing.
  • You've demonstrated experience contributing to global marketing strategies and leading cross-regional initiatives.
  • You have familiarity with journey-based marketing frameworks, lifecycle planning, and performance measurement in a partner-led growth context.
  • You're a strategic B2B marketer with a proven ability to drive customer growth through marketing programs.
  • You're commercial and customer-centric, with a strong understanding of partner lifecycle dynamics and channel strategy.
