Global Diversity and Inclusion Leader

We're seeking a visionary professional to spearhead our global diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategy.

This role is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of our DEI strategy, aligning it with corporate objectives, environmental, social, and governance (ESG) goals, and client expectations.

You'll develop, track, and evaluate DEI metrics, providing insights to inform programs and report impact. Additionally, you'll conduct global trend analysis and benchmarking to stay aligned with best practices.

  • Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive global DEI strategy.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to create regionally relevant DEI action plans with measurable outcomes.
  • Advise on policies to reflect leading DEI practices.
  • Partner with stakeholders to drive positive change.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need a tertiary degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences, or a related field, and 7+ years of leadership experience in DEI. You should have expertise in cultural safety, gender equity, Indigenous engagement, and inclusive practices.

A strong understanding of DEI frameworks and trends, project management, data analysis, and reporting skills are essential. Additionally, you'll need excellent communication and collaboration skills, stakeholder influence, and the ability to manage ambiguity.

Your record of building professional networks and fostering long-term relationships will be highly regarded.
