As a key member of the organisational culture and wellbeing team, you will play a pivotal role in advancing Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging by delivering holistic programmes, strengthening initiatives, and promoting engagement through internal communications and campaigns.

About the Opportunity
  • Lead strategic programmes on an initial 5-6 month contract, driving cultural impact and employee experience globally.
  • Shape and amplify key initiatives, tailoring them across markets while maintaining a unified experience.
  • Strong campaign management, particularly with partners, to implement impact-driven programmes suited to regional needs.
About You
  • Expertise in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging, preferably from within HR teams, with experience leading programmes across multinational contexts.
  • HR Generalists with significant experience in end-to-end strategic and operational initiatives are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience in designing and delivering holistic programmes and employee engagement initiatives.

Key Qualifications: Deep expertise in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging, strong campaign management skills, and ability to work collaboratively with global teams.
