About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join our team at uWorkin. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for managing relationships and generating sales across the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and Maintain Key Business Relationships: Develop and maintain key business relationships with a portfolio of customers, ensuring regular customer contact at all levels while growing revenue.
  2. Identify New Opportunities: Identify new opportunities by building a pipeline focused on uWorkin's key target industry sectors.
  3. Drive Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in customer service and a positive trend in NPS through prompt response to customer feedback.
  4. Enhance Reputation: Ensure interactions with customers demonstrate a commitment to service and enhance the reputation of uWorkin.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with:

  1. Proven Experience: Proven experience in a Business Development role.
  2. Key Business KPIs: Actively work towards key business KPIs and targets.
  3. Industry Experience: Experience in Construction, Industrial or similar environments (preferred).
  4. Relationship Building: The demonstrated ability to maintain strong relationships over time.
  5. Attention to Detail: A high attention to detail and accurate reporting.
