Health and Professions Portfolio Lead

About the RoleThis is a key role responsible for the development and execution of the strategy that will help acquire and retain clients and drive a positive customer NPS. The Client Director is responsible for driving profitable growth in the Affinity Health & Professions teams. Working collaboratively, you will reinforce client relationships, bring your industry knowledge to the development of product and service solutions and drive client retention and revenue generation for that group.
You will deploy both strategy and resources to execute plans that deliver agreed growth. You will lead relationship development and co-ordination of product and service solutions specific to your group of clients or industry body in the Affinity segment, along with client retention and revenue generation of that group.
This role will be responsible for the growth of the Health & Professions portfolio through partnership development and channel strategy including meeting clients needs for digital and direct purchase experiences.
About YouDriven and dynamic leader with excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills. 5+ years' experience in a client management or business development role in the insurance industry, ideally in the Affinity or small business space.
Tier 1 (Insurance Broking) and/or Diploma of Insurance Broking preferred, or a relevant University degree. Experience and technical understanding of the insurance industry, with knowledge of Health and Professions products an advantage.
Demonstrated experience in developing and executing business strategy. Experience managing teams and mentoring, training and leading team members in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated track record of delivery of results including growth and retention targets. Experience managing budgets and forecasts. Proven track record of managing growing client relationships preferable in the insurance industry.
