We are seeking a highly skilled Government Portfolio Manager to join our team. This role will provide senior level workplace business partnership and account management, focusing on meeting and balancing customer and organisational business needs.

In this role, you will:

  • Serve as a senior business partner for VPS central departments clients, supporting them with their accommodation, library and carpool service needs.
  • Support broader relationship and account management for a selection of other VPS client departments and agencies.
  • Build effective relationships with ACLS staff, outsourced providers and other business partners.
  • Maintain up-to-date client portfolio profiles and lead integrated portfolio management planning.
  • Identify current and emerging risks associated with client portfolios and their stakeholders.

To be considered for this role, you must demonstrate:

  • Experience as a senior level workplace business partner or account manager.
  • Strong negotiation and strategic relationship management skills.
  • High-level interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Accomplished analytic ability to solve complex problems.
