Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with a passion for mental health leadership to join our team as Deputy Director of Nursing. In this role, you will lead the mental health nursing profession, ensuring that professional practice is contemporary and provides therapeutic engagement in our community.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A tertiary qualification in healthcare and registration with AHPRA and the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
- A Postgraduate diploma in Mental Health or relevant area
- Experience in nursing management and an understanding of health services and service delivery objectives
- Australian working rights and willingness to undergo a Background Check
