About the Role

Rentokil Initial plc is seeking an experienced Operations Portal Coordinator to join our National Operations Support Team in Australia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the operational execution of portal and induction compliance for work to be undertaken on our customers' sites.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage the operationalisation of Customer Inductions and Portals across our Pest and Hygiene business units.
  2. Create and implement effective induction strategies to meet current business and future delivery needs.
  3. Map and maintain a record of customer inductions on an ongoing basis.
  4. Provide leadership and coaching to branch teams on customer induction & portal compliance.
  5. Ensure Portal certificates, licences and Safe Work Method Statements are kept current and up to date.
  6. Analyse and investigate trends, variances and exceptions in induction compliance with outcomes communicated to stakeholders.
Requirements
  1. 3 years experience in an administrative role.
  2. Strong communication skills.
  3. Data input - IT systems or websites.
  4. Portal or Induction Management experience (preferred).
  5. Project experience (preferred).
