Operations Coordinator

Capital Design Works is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join their team. As an Operations Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to all active projects, ensuring seamless communication with internal staff, external suppliers, and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project enquiries and milestones
  • Arrange and coordinate supplies for each project
  • Manage the Simpro CRM, including data entry, task creation, and ongoing improvement
  • Communicate with internal staff and customers to coordinate project deadlines
  • Office management, including stationery and organizing company events
Requirements:
  • Strong administration skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • High proficiency in CRM software
  • Australian working visa
