Senior Property Manager Role

The Senior Property Manager oversees a diverse portfolio of office assets for institutional and private clients. This position requires a driven individual with previous experience in commercial property management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client expectations, multiple projects, and work to strict deadlines.
  • Maintain close liaison with owners, occupiers, and operational personnel regarding all aspects of property management, including lease activities, rent reviews, and preparation of lease and license documentations.
  • Prepare detailed monthly reporting packs for property owners, monitor financial transactions, and ensure proper authorisation of payments and collection of debts.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a similar commercial role in property management.
  • Able to manage client expectations and work to tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with accrual accounting and financial reporting.
  • A proactive, approachable, and professional demeanor with attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills to build working relationships.
