As a Lead Development Representative, you'll play a critical role in qualifying leads, profiling prospects, and providing input on which campaigns generate the best leads. You'll work collaboratively with Sales Development Reps (SDRs) and Field Sales professionals to identify and qualify opportunities for the team you support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Qualify marketing-generated leads for potential sales opportunities
  • Create, manage, and drive all inbound leads to sales acceptance
  • Provide account teams with detailed call notes in the CRM to ensure opportunities are understood and next steps are clearly identified
  • Collaborate with marketing to execute various demand generation campaigns
  • Drive attendance to company events and regional trade shows
  • Understand how ServiceNow solutions address customer pain points and
  • Research, identify, and prioritize target accounts for prospecting activities
  • Build prospecting contact lists
  • Create org/account mappings of prospective clients
  • Acquire, update, and maintain contact information within the CRM
  • Utilize internal and external technology to identify, develop, and manage marketing leads effectively
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
  • Ambitious, creative, goal-oriented, and customer-focused mindset
  • Basic understanding of cloud computing and SaaS offerings
  • Excellent listening, verbal, and written skills
  • Ability to build meaningful business relationships with ServiceNow customers, prospects, and internal colleagues
  • Growth mindset, consistently working to improve skills and adapt in a constantly changing environment
  • Humble confidence and ability to differentiate ServiceNow to customers
