About The Role

As part of the investment support team, you will facilitate connections between investors and opportunities across various sectors.

This role supports the planning and delivery of marketing and events as part of the strategic program of investment activities, communications, inbound delegations, and other events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate event planning and execution for the department's program of events and initiatives.
  • Develop creative concepts for events, producing branded event materials that promote a compelling investment attraction message.
  • Participate in meetings, decision-making, and evaluation processes, maintaining information flows between key stakeholders.
  • Establish a strong evidence base for all events through data collection and analysis.
  • Oversee post-event responsibilities, including issuing timely communications, compiling feedback, processing invoices, and budget reconciliation.
  • Liaise with contractors, agencies, and external suppliers to ensure services are delivered within deadlines and budget.
  • Support the promotion of integrated marketing activity and consistent messaging across the department's various communications.
