Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator to support the planning, delivery, and evaluation of marketing and event initiatives. Working closely with internal teams, suppliers, and key stakeholders, this role will coordinate high-profile trade show participation, strategic sponsorships, and targeted events that drive engagement and awareness.

This is a dynamic and rewarding position where you'll contribute to the planning and delivery of impactful marketing initiatives, and high-profile national and international events, that align with our organisation's strategic objectives.

You'll work in a collaborative team environment, sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues while working independently when required.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, deliver and evaluate a range of events including but not limited to trade exhibitions, sponsored engagements, and business development initiatives.
  • Sound understanding of marketing principles, brand management, and communications including experience developing event collateral, websites, and other promotional materials.
  • Experience working within corporate sponsorship frameworks, with the ability to identify, negotiate, and manage sponsorship opportunities to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities under tight deadlines, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
Benefits

This is a contract / term vacancy up to 24 months. The incumbent is required to enter into a performance agreement. Work outside of normal hours will be required and the position may require interstate and international travel involving overnight absences.
