The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial properties, including lease renewals, annual rent reviews, and tenant retention strategies. They will also be responsible for facilities and maintenance management, trust account statements, and landlord statements.
Key Responsibilities:- Meet financial and performance targets of the commercial and retail management department
- Liaise with stakeholders to provide first-class asset management
- Execution of lease renewals and annual rent reviews
- Tenant retention strategies
- Facilities & maintenance management
- Download trust account statements & balance trust account
- Landlord statements, creditor payments
- Commercial tax invoices e.g. Water rates, council rates, rental increases etc.
- Tenant & landlord reconciliations
- Preparation of Receipts & Expenditure statements
- Rental adjustments & refunds
- End of Month rollover and reports
- Experience in Commercial or Residential Property is essential
- Determination to build a career in the property industry
- Cirrus8 knowledge (ideal, not essential)
- Time management and attention to detail
- Possess a 'can do' attitude & be a great team player
- Exceptional presentation
