About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Commercial Property Management Assistant to join our team at Sharon Bennie. As a key member of our property management team, you will provide administrative support to our experienced Asset Managers, ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of our commercial and industrial property portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lease agreements, including lease expirations, rent increases, and renewal deadlines.
  • Provide administrative support, including preparing reports, correspondence, and tenders.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations, lease agreements, and maintenance standards.
  • Assist with coordinating property maintenance and repairs, liaising with contractors and vendors as necessary.
  • Respond promptly to tenant inquiries, requests, and concerns, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as leasing, finance, and legal, to ensure seamless property management operations.
Requirements
  • 12+ months experience in a similar role or lease administration in real estate.
  • A strong work ethic and a desire to pursue a career in commercial/asset management.
  • A current real estate license or certificate.
  • A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
