We are seeking an experienced administrator to join our team in optimizing mixed-use property portfolio operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in budget preparation and reconcile arrears using advanced Excel skills.
- Collaborate with trust accountants to maintain precise budget coding.
- Centralise lease expiry tracking and renewal processes.
- Liaise with legal practitioners to prepare and finalise lease documents.
- Ensure lease compliance and timely execution of documentation.
- Manage sales data reporting and update spreadsheets for review.
- Maintain data integrity within business systems and generate insightful reports.
- Support new lease deals and manage communication with authorities.
- Evaluate invoicing processes and ensure timely payments.
- Maintain accurate records in management database and sharepoint systems.
- Track bank guarantee and insurance registers.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding of property managements.
This role is instrumental in ensuring seamless operation of administrative processes, stakeholder management and process enhancement.
