  • Support new lease deals and manage communication with authorities.
  • Evaluate invoicing processes and ensure timely payments.
  • Maintain accurate records in management database and sharepoint systems.
  • Track bank guarantee and insurance registers.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding of property managements.
