Administrative Support Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an administrative support officer. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys providing exceptional customer service, managing data, and performing financial administrative tasks.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing day-to-day administrative support and reception services to facilitate site and community programs.
  • Offering high-level customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Performing data entry tasks, ensuring timely recording of transactions that meet organizational standards.
  • Providing financial administrative support, including accounts payable activities, co-payment management, daily cash receipting, petty cash, and banking, in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Maintaining the security of the administration office and equipment by following site/service protocol.
  • Assisting with the management of fleet vehicle maintenance.
  • Monitoring and maintaining office equipment and resources within organizational policies and guidelines.
Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Administering all aspects of the administration office, including invoicing, fleet management, and reception duties.
  • Managing data entry tasks, including processing transactions, updating records, and reporting.
  • Coordinating with other teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Developing and implementing administrative processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience in word processing and data entry.
  • Certificate III in Business Administration (or equivalent relevant experience).
  • Intermediate or higher level experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – written and verbal.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in financial administrative procedures, including petty cash, invoicing, and accounts receivable.
