Quality Assurance Specialist
About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance and customer service, with excellent communication and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct quality checks to identify policy breaches and process gaps;
- Share quality assurance results with leadership and provide insights and areas for improvement;
- Analyze outcomes and pinpoint areas for improvement in customer service;
- Identify red flags and suggest enhancements for processes and procedures;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Analytical and technical abilities to provide constructive feedback;
- Familiarity with AML, Privacy Act, and NCCP;
- Previous experience in a QA specialist role.
