Customer Service Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a specialist point of contact for customers, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing information on products and services, and assisting with account-related transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers via phone, email, or other communication channels to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Communicate effectively to identify customer needs and resolve any concerns in a seamless manner.
  • Assist customers with account-related transactions, such as contributions, rollovers, and withdrawals.
  • Provide factual information about products and services without offering financial advice.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and escalate issues to the appropriate department as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with customers.
  • Knowledge of products and services, as well as regulations and policies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks, and prioritize workload.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in recording information.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
