Customer Service Professional

We are seeking a skilled customer service professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, handling inbound calls, responding to emails, and managing web portal enquiries.

About the Opportunity

This is a permanent full-time position with a hybrid working roster available once your training is complete. You will work on a Sunday to Thursday roster and have the opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage web portal enquiries and resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience working in a high-volume, dynamic call centre or customer service environment.
  • Availability to work weekend shifts, on a Sunday – Thursday roster.
  • Experience processing sales orders is an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to direct high-volume inquiries.
  • Strong computer literacy skills.
  • A helpful and adaptable approach when understanding customer needs with an ability to navigate and solve complex issues.
