Job Title: Customer Service and Logistics Specialist

The ideal candidate will support the order to cash process by processing sales orders with accuracy and in a timely manner. They will proactively manage escalations and risks within our transport and warehousing network to ensure on-time customer delivery.

This role requires providing exceptional customer service and logistics support, processing sales orders, managing key performance indicators (KPIs) with 3PL warehouse and transport partners, and managing master data and supporting incident-resolution.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and logistics support
  • Process sales orders and ensure on-time and in-full order fulfillment
  • Manage KPIs with 3PL warehouse and transport partners to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are being met
  • Process and record vendor invoices
  • Manage master data and support incident-resolution
Requirements:
  • A minimum of two years' experience in a similar logistics and/or customer service role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Meticulous with the ability to problem solve autonomously
  • Proficient in systems such as Microsoft Excel and SAP
  • Flexibility to work across both North Sydney and Kingsgrove locations as required
