Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Specialist to deliver exceptional customer service across multiple communication channels, ensuring seamless customer interactions at every opportunity.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound customer interactions, including phone calls and email, ensuring first-contact resolution and adherence to processes. They will also build and maintain positive professional relationships with customers, assisting them through the purchasing and scheduled servicing process via online portals.

The role requires excellent verbal communication and writing skills, experience in handling phone calls and case management scenarios, as well as familiarity with social media interactions and integrated phone systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer interactions across multiple channels, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
  • Built strong relationships with customers, providing a personalized service experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize the overall customer experience.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in an automotive OEM or retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
