Job Description:

Learning and Systems Lead

This pivotal role is crucial in ensuring our training programs meet the highest standards of quality, compliance, and learner engagement.

  • Lead compliance operations across RTO, TEO, and Ventia Training, ensuring alignment to ASQA and NZQA standards
  • Drive QA and continuous improvement in training materials, assessments, and methodologies, as well as system reporting
  • Manage digital learning systems, including LMS and client portals, ensuring accuracy and optimisation
  • Governance activities
  • Support program implementation and evaluation, working closely with clients to understand training needs and deliver impactful solutions
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in RTO training delivery
  • Strong auditing, compliance, and quality control of training programs
  • Expertise in learning management systems
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills
  • Relevant qualifications in business admin, training, or audit
