Salary Estimate

The estimated salary for this position is around $200,000 per annum, depending on experience.


Job Description

As a Director of Clean Energy and Transmission, you will be responsible for leading our New South Wales team out of Sydney. You will provide leadership at market, client, technical and team development level to support the growth of our business in the region.


Key Responsibilities
  • Experience in managing teams and delivering projects and programs in the Clean Energy & Transmission sector.
  • Established relationships with state, national and international clients, and understanding of requirements for strategy, set-up, and delivery of capital projects & programs.
  • Leading teams and providing advice on complex projects across the clean energy and transmission sector.
  • Technical understanding of Project Management, Commercial Management and Project Controls.
  • Pursuing and responding to government style tenders.
  • A track record of achieving business growth in the provision of services and market share in the clean energy and transmission sector.

Required Skills and Qualifications

You will need:

  • 20+ years of relevant industry experience predominantly in the Energy and Transmission.
  • A recognised Degree qualification in Project Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or similar.
  • An electrical technical background, although not mandatory, will be considered advantageous.
  • Experience working in the Clean Energy & transmission sector, with a proven track record in successfully delivering major projects and programs.
  • A broad understanding of the electricity value chain from generation, through grid, and into supply.
  • A preference for Australian experience with an established network within the power & transmission industry supply chain.
