**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Data and Insights team.

This role will involve providing strategic direction, managing competing priorities, and delivering high-quality outputs.

The successful candidate will have expertise in SQL, R, and Qlik Sense or similar tools, as well as excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

About the Role:

  • Contribute to the strategic direction of the Data and Insights team
  • Manage competing priorities to ensure deliverables are completed on time and to impeccable standards
  • Provide leadership and supervision to staff within the section
  • Develop systems, policies, and protocols for data extraction, linkage, management, monitoring, analysis, and reporting
  • Oversee statistical analyses of Commission data and associated datasets
  • Undertake detailed data analysis and investigations on specific issues

About You:

  • Demonstrated ability to elicit requirements and deliver reporting and analytics solutions
  • Proficiency with SQL, R, and Qlik Sense or similar
  • Able to supervise and mentor junior staff
  • Highly developed organisational skills
  • Able to develop collaborative and productive working relationships with different stakeholders
