Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Data and Analytics Manager to join our team. This is a key role that involves working closely with the leadership team to drive better decisions across the business. As a Data and Analytics Manager, you will be responsible for managing master data within the ERP system, leading data migration projects, and designing and implementing part number creation systems.

You will oversee Business Intelligence reporting across sales and inventory using Power BI or similar tools. Additionally, you will partner with stakeholders to share insights and provide recommendations that support business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and experience with ERP systems, data governance, and business intelligence tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Highly analytical and detail-focused, with a clear strategic mindset.
  • A confident communicator able to influence leaders as well as engage non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experienced with ERP systems (Epicor, D365, SAP, or similar), data governance, and business intelligence tools.
  • Skilled in SQL, Power BI/Tableau, and comfortable working across databases and data platforms.
  • Adaptable, proactive, and eager to make a difference.
