Job Summary

The Data Insights Specialist will play a pivotal role in delivering actionable data analytics and strategic insights that drive informed decision-making across the organization.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and enhance existing dashboards and reports using Tableau, Salesforce, and Genesys platforms.
  • Support Senior Analysts with high-priority reporting activities, ensuring timely delivery of operational and management reports.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify business needs and design effective reporting solutions.
  • Create operational and management reports that track key performance indicators and operational metrics.
  • Analyze data trends, identify patterns, and generate insightful recommendations to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements
  • Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in data analysis and insight generation.
  • Tertiary qualifications in economics, statistics, mathematics, engineering, science, information technology, or computer science highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Tableau for building interactive dashboards.
  • Proven ability to uncover trends and patterns in data to generate actionable insights.
  • Strong communication skills to translate data into meaningful insights.
