Reporting Analyst Position

We are seeking a proactive and collaborative individual to deliver data analytics and insights that drive strategies for improved outcomes.

This role will play an important part in supporting senior team members with monitoring, analysing and interpreting operational trends through scheduled monthly and quarterly reports. It will also be pivotal in the development of research and analytics deliverables using appropriate data analysis, visualisation and presentation techniques.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and enhance existing dashboards and reports across various platforms
  • Assist senior team members with time-sensitive and core operational reporting activities
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to interpret business needs and design fit-for-purpose reporting solutions
  • Build operational and management reports that track key performance indicators and operational metrics
  • Support data analysis, trend identification and insight generation to inform strategic decisions
  • Communicate complex technical concepts and insights clearly to non-technical audiences
Requirements
  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required
  • Minimum 2 years experience in data analysis and insight generation
  • Tertiary qualifications in economics, statistics, mathematics, engineering, science, information technology or computer science are highly desired
  • Proficiency in Tableau for building and maintaining interactive dashboards is essential
  • Proven experience in uncovering trends and patterns in data to generate actionable insights is necessary
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful insight are required
  • A genuine and collaborative team player who contributes positively to team dynamics is essential
