Job Title: Business Operations Coordinator

The Business Operations Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of administrative tasks, financial management, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage general office administration, emails, calls, and document control
  • Schedule meetings, coordinate calendars, and provide team support
  • Maintain internal systems, records, and supplier/client communications
Financial Support:
  • Process accounts payable and receivable
  • Generate invoices for clients
  • Work closely with the Accountant to maintain financial accuracy
  • Use Xero to manage day-to-day transactions and reporting
Project Coordination:
  • Use Simpro to assist with quoting, job scheduling, invoicing, and job tracking
  • Support the projects team with documentation and progress reporting
  • Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and clients to ensure timelines and materials are on track

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an administrative or business operations role, ideally within a similar environment. They should be proficient in Xero and Simpro, have high-level organization skills, and be a confident communicator with strong attention to detail.
