The role of a systems administrator for business operations is to ensure the seamless operation of core SaaS platforms used by the operations teams.
About the RoleThis position involves providing frontline support to operations users across core SaaS platforms, troubleshooting system issues, and escalating them to vendors or internal teams as needed. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining and enhancing user documentation, process guides, and support materials.
