The role of the Office Manager & Team Assistant is a highly sought-after position that combines executive support with office management.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage diaries, schedule meetings and coordinate appointments for senior executives; screen calls, emails and correspondence ensuring timely follow-up;
- Organise internal and external meetings including agendas, minutes, venues and catering; arrange logistics and technology setup for executive, board and cross-functional meetings;
- Oversee office reception duties, visitor welcome and access coordination; liaise with building management and service providers for maintenance and operational needs;
- Previous experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant or senior-level administrator;
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and intermediate Excel);
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Administration or a related field;
