Asset Manager Role

This is a key position within our business, responsible for overseeing the commercial and technical performance of assets.

Main Responsibilities
  • Oversight of asset lifecycle, ensuring optimal uptime and reliability.
  • Monitoring and reporting on asset KPIs, including technical performance, financial metrics, and customer satisfaction.
  • Leading root cause analysis and resolution of technical issues in collaboration with engineering and product teams.
Leadership Skills
  • Managing and mentoring a team of engineers, ensuring high performance and development.
  • Allocating resources and prioritizing tasks based on operational urgency and strategic importance.
  • Fostering a safety-first culture and ensuring compliance with all field service protocols.
Commercial Interface
  • Collaborating with finance and commercial teams to support asset-level forecasting and budget tracking.
  • Providing input into commercial proposals and contract reviews related to service scope and asset performance.
  • Supporting reporting cycles with accurate data and insights.
