Job Description:As an Asset Management Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth and maturity of asset management practices. Your key responsibilities include providing expert advisory services to senior executives on asset management strategy and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a comprehensive program of work to improve asset management capabilities and maturity.
- Conduct thorough assessments and gap analyses of existing asset management practices against industry standards.
- Design and implement policies and procedures for effective asset management in line with recognized frameworks.
- Establish clear objectives and performance measures for asset management.
- Develop and maintain an asset management plan that covers all aspects of the capability lifecycle.
- Define roles and responsibilities within the asset management team.
- Develop a competence and training framework to support employee development.
- Establish communication and consultation channels to ensure effective stakeholder engagement.
