Our organisation is seeking a Senior Engineer to improve the understanding and insights related to asset performance. This role requires advanced expertise in asset management, process optimisation, and stakeholder engagement.

Main Responsibilities:
  • To develop and implement an asset performance framework that includes standards, measures, and management processes for continuous improvement throughout the asset lifecycle.
  • To develop and implement the workstream plan by addressing resource needs, stakeholder roles, and governance while ensuring effective communication and tracking progress.
  • To build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to support the development and adoption of enterprise-wide asset management standards.
Key Requirements:
  • Degree in Engineering or related fields.
  • Experience in developing and applying asset performance models and KPIs.
  • Experience in data extraction and analysis, and data visualisation using IT systems.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills and knowledge of asset reliability models.
