Flight Operations Lead Position

This is a part-time role in Melbourne that requires at least 20 hours of work per week.

  • Leads flight turnaround and supervises Ground Handling Agents.
  • Conducts flight briefings and fosters a motivated team environment.
  • Evaluates and improves operational performance, effectiveness, and productivity.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of customer service experience and strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Evaluate and improve operational performance

The role requires the ability to work shift work, Monday to Sunday. Self-motivated leaders with good interpersonal skills are also required.
