Job Overview

The role of Associate Director Transactional Banking-Sydney is focused on driving strategic plans to grow the industry and delivering customized Transaction Banking structures that offer financial and operational efficiency to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CORPORATE CUSTOMERS TO DELIVER REVENUE ASSOCIATED WITH PAYMENTS AND LIQUIDITY MANAGEMENT.
  • DEVELOP AND EXECUTE SECTOR-ALIGNED PRODUCT INITIATIVES THAT COMPLEMENT CORPORATE & INSTITUTIONAL BANK OBJECTIVES.
  • DELIVER ACTIONABLE INSIGHTS TO BOTH INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL AUDIENCES, COMMUNICATING CLIENT FEEDBACK BACK INTO PRODUCT FOR CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT.
  • PROACTIVELY MANAGE RISK, ADHERING TO POLICY AND COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS, AND PERFORMING CONTROLS.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • PROVEN KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE IN TRANSACTION BANKING, WITH AN UNDERSTANDING OF BEST PRACTICE CAPABILITIES, PRODUCTS, AND PROCESSES.
  • A CURIOUS MINDSET IN SEEKING OUT OPPORTUNITIES TO INCREASE SHARE OF WALLET FOR CORPORATE CUSTOMERS IN THE PORTFOLIO.
  • PROVEN CAPABILITY IN MANAGING COMPLEX CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS AND DRIVING CLIENT ADVOCACY.
