Transaction Banking Specialist

As a Transaction Banking Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting customers' needs from small businesses to large corporates. This involves managing the end-to-end experience for Cash Management and Merchant Solutions products, Customer Lifecycle Management, and customer propositions.

The successful candidate will work closely with our Transaction Banking team to drive initiatives that uplift sales performance, capability, and experiences. You will help equip frontline teams to act as advocates, confidently articulating transaction banking solutions to customers.

To excel in this role, you must have hands-on experience as a Sales Enablement Specialist or similar role in sales training. Relevant experience in Transaction Banking or a related financial services environment is also essential. Additionally, you should possess the ability to develop pitch and proposal documentation tailored to customer needs.

Requirements:
